As a distinct ceremony and reception venue, we offer use of the building for 18 hours on the day of your event (9:00 am – 1:00 am the following day). This allows your decorating team plenty of time to prepare for your big day without rushing and without the pressure of paying a per hour fee.

The tables, chairs, and bars are included in your rental rate. The bridal boudoir featured on the lower level, with its own private bathroom, is the perfect place for you to get ready and relax before the evening begins. For the guys, we now offer a "groom room" for privacy while getting ready.

Hold both your ceremony and reception in one venue by using our lower level party room to host your guests while the main hall is turned from a ceremony to a reception.

Book your next holiday party, fundraiser gala, or cocktail party with us. Your rental rate includes bars, tables and chairs, as well as use of Saint Thomas for 18 hours: ample time for your decorating and set up needs. Our gorgeous exposed brick and stained glass windows provide an excellent, unforgettable backdrop for your festivities.

Saint Thomas is proud to support on-location filming in downtown Wilmington by providing catering accommodations for cast and crew. Our flexible weekday schedule is an excellent fit for the demands of the production industry. With our generous space and ease of use for caterers, we have serviced several film projects, most recently: Tammy, Revolution, The Conjuring, and Witches of East End.
